Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened hair, installed hair, or any hair that has been altered in any way.If you receive the wrong item, length, or texture, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Are your bundles raw or virgin hair?

We offer both raw and virgin hair options. Product descriptions will clearly state whether the hair is Raw or Virgin. All hair is sourced from reputable vendors and selected for quality, fullness, and longevity.

How many bundles do I need?

General guide:

  • 16–18”: 2–3 bundles

  • 20–24”: 3 bundles

  • 26–30”: 3–4 bundles (depending on fullness preference)

If you’re installing with a closure or frontal and want a full, glam look, we recommend 3–4 bundles.

Can I dye or bleach the hair?

Yes, our hair can be colored. We recommend letting a licensed professional stylist handle any bleaching or coloring to maintain the hair’s health and integrity

How do I care for my hair extensions?

  • Co-wash before your first install

  • Use sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner

  • Avoid heavy oils and product build-up

  • Comb gently from ends to roots

  • Wrap or bonnet hair at night to reduce friction
