Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order. We would like to inform you that the bundles can be Wrapped differently than shown in photos. It does not change the hairs quality. We have changed how the bundle is wrapped for better packing space.
All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, and in compliance with industry standards:

Refunds are NOT allowed

Exchanges are NOT allowed

Returns are NOT allowed
Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Once they leave our facility, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Wrong Item Received (Our Mistake Only)
If you receive an item that does not match the product on your order, you are eligible for a refund for that incorrect item only, under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 5 hours of delivery

The item must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original packaging

The lace must be uncut (if applicable)

No styling, combing, brushing, or altering of any kind
-
The product must be returned to us before the refund is issued
Once we receive the incorrect item back in its original condition, you will be refunded for the product you did NOT receive.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What is NOT Eligible
We cannot honor refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

Opened packaging
-
Installed, brushed, washed, dyed, or altered hair

Items outside the 5 window
-
Buyer’s remorse (wrong length, wrong texture, changed mind, etc.)

Orders where the correct product was delivered but the customer wants to return it

Packages marked as delivered but claimed as missing
- Items that we do not sell

Photos/video of the product received

Photos of the packaging

A photo of the packing slip (if included)
- please subject this email as "incorrect order"
We will respond quickly to help resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
Processing Time for Incorrect-Item Refunds
Refunds for incorrect items are issued after the returned item is inspected and verified.
Refund is for the incorrect product amount only — not the entire order.
