Because we wash, condition, and quality-check every bundle:

Processing Time: 3–5 business days

(not including weekends or holidays)

During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Time

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.

3. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order ships.

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • damaged packages after it leaves our facility

For package issues, please file a claim with USPS/UPS.

 

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
