vendor shipping, customs processing, tariff processing (where applicable), quality control, and USPS/UPS shipping times

Because we wash, condition, and quality-check all hair:

Processing time: 3–5 business days

(This does not include weekends or holidays.)

During sales or restocks, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, orders usually arrive in:

3–5 business days (Standard Shipping)

1–3 business days (Express Shipping)

Delivery times may vary depending on USPS/UPS.

Once packages are handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for:
