Welcome to SEVEN HAIR EXTENSIONS. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors, patterns, and textures may vary due to natural donor differences.

  • Raw hair will never be perfectly identical from bundle to bundle.

  • Virgin hair may have slight variations due to steam processing.

We are not responsible for differences caused by lighting, screen resolution, or natural donor variation.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products

  • Limit the quantities of products offered

  • Cancel or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations

  • cancel orders due to inventory mistakes

4. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for confirming all order details before completing checkout:

  • Texture

  • Length

  • Quantity

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

We are not responsible for customer mistakes, including wrong address, wrong product selection, or typos.

5. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

The only exception is if we mistakenly send the incorrect product. In that case, customers have 5 hours to report it for a refund of the product they did not receive (see our Refund Policy for details).

6. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delayed delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • damaged packing due to shipping after it leaves our facility.

You must contact the shipping carrier directly for missing or delayed packages. We provide tracking information for every order.

 

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products to:

  • Violate any law

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

  • Collect personal information about other users

  • Copy, steal, or repost our content, images, or product descriptions

  • Attempt to bypass, hack, or interfere with any website security feature

  • attempt to resell any of our products without proper agreements

Violating any of these terms may result in termination of service.

9. Errors, Omissions, & Inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be errors in pricing, descriptions, shipping times, or availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders that were placed due to incorrect information

We are not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from improper installation, coloring, bleaching, or styling of hair

  • Sensitivity or allergic reactions to hair products or materials

  • Results from third-party stylists or services

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
