REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once hair has left our facility, we cannot restock it or resell it.

HOWEVER, your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of every order.

No Returns or Exchanges

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bundles

  • Closures

  • Frontals

  • Wigs

  • Bundle deals

  • Items that have been opened, altered, brushed, installed, washed, or handled

If the lace is cut, the band is removed, or the hair has been unpackaged, washed, installed, the order is no longer eligible for review. 

Order Issues / Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, length, or texture, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the incorrect product 

  • Unopened packaging

We’ll fix the issue immediately to the best of our ability.

Quality Concerns

We quality-check every item before shipping.

If you believe something is wrong with your order, email us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos before opening, washing, or installing the hair.

We cannot investigate quality concerns after the hair has been installed or altered.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have begun processing.
